Improving Data Connectivity with SD-One – JNL Waste Services

We had problems with our existing internet connection, including the speed of our broadband. At the same time, we were also looking to update our phone system and mobile fleet, plus we had PC's that needed upgrading. With such a lot of technical knowledge required to make the best decisions for our business, we wanted to partner with someone who was going to be able to help us with all of our communication and technology requirements together, to make it easy to manage. We are now able to access a faster broadband connection on brand new hardware which has helped increase our productivity. The VPN connection Welcomm activated for us has helped us get through the lockdown and be able to work remotely - this has been fantastic. It’s really important to me to be able to speak to someone over the phone when we need some help. Welcomm take care of, and deal with, our technical problems for us – I don’t feel like I need to worry at all. I would definitely recommend Welcomm.
