“We had problems with our existing internet connection, including the speed of our broadband. At the same time, we were also looking to update our phone system and mobile fleet, plus we had PC’s that needed upgrading. With such a lot of technical knowledge required to make the best decisions for our business, we wanted to partner with someone who was going to be able to help us with all of our communication and technology requirements together, to make it easy to manage.

“It’s really important to me to be able to speak to someone over the phone when we need some help. Welcomm take care of, and deal with, our technical problems for us – I don’t feel like I need to worry at all. Previously we’ve awarded our business to Networks like EE and BT directly. Whilst they’re very good at selling to you, they have a high turnover of sales people which means you often end up on hold, queuing to get through to someone, rather than phoning straight through to someone who knows you by name and can give you the help you need.
Communications and Technology are not my specialty, but following a visit from our Welcomm Account Manager, who also brought along a data expert, everything grew from there. Whilst initially I was interested to learn how we could achieve a better internet connection, I later understood that I was actually looking for a partnership rather than a supplier, with someone who would take care of the whole telecommunications process for us.“
“Everything is now up and running, and working fine for us. On installation, we experienced a problem with our landlord’s original internet connection. Whilst Welcomm were not at fault, they quickly recommended other solutions for us to deal with the bandwidth issue. We are now able to access a faster broadband connection on brand new hardware which has helped increase our productivity. The VPN connection Welcomm activated for us has helped us get through the lockdown and be able to work remotely – this has been fantastic.
As we are planning an office move shortly, there are a few things we need to wait on before this project can be completely signed off, however, we are looking forward to working more closely with Welcomm in the future, to learn more about the capability of Office365 and how we can use it to improve the efficiency of business processes.”
