Welcomm are looking for an IT Sales Consultant with knowledge of, and an interest to grow, our portfolio of IT products and services including digital applications. You will be responsible for offering advice and training to members of staff, providing Adhoc 1st and 2nd line support for our customers and identifying IT opportunities within Welcomm’s customer base.
Welcomm are currently looking to employ an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to work within our new IT technical sales department. As an IT Technical Support Specialist you will be an integral part of the department and day to day responsibilities will include: assisting the Sales team in discussing potential IT solutions with our customers, planning and quoting for works and support, on-site system installs and maintenance, project management, system migrations, long-term relationship building with both existing and new customers and suppliers and being an onsite IT specialist to support and train our teams.

Kate is a highly skilled HR Consultant and Trainer, experienced in training managers in Employment Law and HR best practice. Having worked with the business for the last 3 years as our HR Manager, hear from Kate about her experience of working with Welcomm.
At Welcomm we have circa 70 people, all with very different personalities and skills which brings a great mix to our team. My job is very diverse, however predominantly I drive the HR and people agenda for the business, ensuring that we prioritise the health, safety and welfare of our employees.
Most importantly I work to ensure that we develop our people to the very best of their potential and give them as many opportunities as we can.
