Welcomm are currently looking to employ an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to work within our new IT technical sales department.
As an IT Technical Support Specialist you will be an integral part of the department and day to day responsibilities will include: assisting the Sales team in discussing potential IT solutions with our customers, planning and quoting for works and support, on-site system installs and maintenance, project management, system migrations, long-term relationship building with both existing and new customers and suppliers and being an onsite IT specialist to support and train our teams.

You will be an integral part of the department and day to day responsibilities will include: remote fault logging and resolving, on-site system installs and maintenance, project management and long-term relationship building with both existing and new customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a high intensity environment, working to tight deadlines whilst upholding a high standard of customer service. The position requires a quick learner who is keen to adapt to new technologies alongside their day to day job role.

The Telesales executive will be part of a boisterous energetic team who will be making B2B outbound calls to gather new leads for the field sales team.The successful candidate will be competitive, jovial and passionate about achieving set sales targets.
They will be highly organised in managing opportunities and converting prospects into sales, getting through to companies decision makers and securing legitimate appointments.Full training will be provided on our product portfolio, any experience within the telecommunications sector is beneficial.
An Account Development Executive works within a dynamic sales environment. Primarily desk based the Account Development Executive will be tasked with managing a customer base on behalf of Welcomm.
The ADE will have to employ all their sales skills to help keep their base in contract whilst growing the base by selling new products and services offered by Welcomm.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to drive new sales, forecast accurately, plan strategically and negotiate whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Kate is a highly skilled HR Consultant and Trainer, experienced in training managers in Employment Law and HR best practice. Having worked with the business for the last 3 years as our HR Manager, hear from Kate about her experience of working with Welcomm.
At Welcomm we have circa 70 people, all with very different personalities and skills which brings a great mix to our team. My job is very diverse, however predominantly I drive the HR and people agenda for the business, ensuring that we prioritise the health, safety and welfare of our employees.
Most importantly I work to ensure that we develop our people to the very best of their potential and give them as many opportunities as we can.
