| Future Proofing your Business | ||
| Included in Welcomm’s new unified comms portfolio is Ethernet, a product that is ideal for businesses that require a faster, more efficient internet access. Ethernet also offers you a more reliable, uncontended connection as your network is plugged directly into the grid, meaning you don’t experience the same drop-off in speed that can occur with more traditional business broadband options. Plus, thanks to the additional bandwidth available, Ethernet can accommodate richer data, video applications and VoIP applications, meaning you can run multiple beneficial services, such as: • Cheaper VoIP landline calls • Managing and running home workers and multiple sites • CCTV • Call recording • Call Centre and Call management solutions Ethernet is the future for business connections, as it offers endless possibilities and complete flexibility. | Business flexibility | ||
| Mobile Flexibility: We understand that businesses need to be able to flex up during busy times, but also flex down during times of uncertainty. This is why we have several packages to help you if you are down-sizing the business and need to reduce your mobile account. Speak to your Account manager about O2 Convert, which allows you to avoid termination fees by letting your employees take their mobile number with them when they leave the business. There is also the option of a temporary suspension a mobile tariff, meaning you don't pay your monthly line rental for a limited period, so you can't make outbound calls but you will still receive inbound calls, so you remain contactable. Telephony Flexibility: If you need to increase the number of home workers or are looking for flexibility to change and react to your business needs, speak to our Landline Specialists about our IP voice solutions. There is no set up fee, just a monthly service fee, providing the flexibility to expand your capability to meet demand at certain periods of the year, then flex back to save costs. |
