As part of the comprehensive services we now offer our customers, we are also rolling out a new billing platform. This enables us to manage customer's accounts more effectively and invoice them directly. This new service will be available to customers with a Welcomm unified comms solution from the 2nd November. 

Customers will continue to receive their O2 mobile bills directly from O2.
