This year we have taken the decision to make a donation to The Stroke Association instead of sending out Christmas cards. The Stroke Association is particularly close to my heart, so I am proud for Welcomm to be supporting such a worthy charity. Our support for The Stroke Association will be on going and we are in the process of planning several fund raising events throughout 2012.

O2 are the first network to switch on their super fast 4G service, as part of the UK's biggest trial yet of this new technology.
During this nine month trial in London around 1,000 individuals will be equipped with the latest O2 4G technology, offering them a glimpse into the future of superfast mobile broadband.
Over 25 4G sites have now gone live across the capital, covering a combined area of 40 square kilometres, stretching from Hyde Park to The O2 in Greenwich.
At these speeds, the time to download a 500MB file could be as fast as under one minute, compared to over 5 minutes on 3G. The 25 4G London masts can carry more data than O2's entire national 3G network, demonstrating how they will offer faster broadband speeds to allow users the bandwidth to be able to gain a full range of advanced IT services, including cheaper calls through VoIP.

This super-fast broadband network, offers a high quality, uninterrupted connection with download and upload speeds up to 150% faster than any other DSL provider on the market. What separates BE's service from other providers is that data speeds are unaffected by peak time traffic, as the network is constantly upgraded to ensure peak traffic remains at 70% capacity.
