| Ofcom's latest report puts O2's MBB service top. Ofcom's survey into the performance of mobile broadband services across the UK involved 4.2 millions tests measuring data speeds for data cards and dongles. O2 delivered the best average mobile broadband download speeds, including the fastest speeds at peak times.
