Your technical guy is amazing, I gave him my settings that I use with all the other phones, he changed them, and gave me different ones for the Lumia, and yippee it worked.
And the problem I had with the HTC Mozarts is now also solved, and I have used the same settings and now the email works on those too. I have sent him an email thanking him!!!

We as a company we have been with Welcomm for many years now. When upgrading our staff's handsets, I wanted the Directors to see the advantages of mobile e-mailing, banking and every thing else they now require on a day to day basis, but their current handsets could not offer this support. Welcomm made it possible to swap the phones to suit all the staffs needs and we received our beautiful new iPhones 4Ss' in no time at all, with a much smoother, easier transition than I expected.
They also revised our existing usage plan to meet our needs, and after 3 months our account manager Alan Billing reviewed our usage to ensure we weren't being over charged and exceeding our usaging, he was also able to show us other ways he could save us money. He has been very friendly, polite and an absolute pleasure to work with so I look forward to his phone calls ![]()

May I also on behalf of New Horizons Care thank Gareth Page for his consistent high level of excellent customer service. Gareth has been overly helpful in ensuring all of our queries and issues were dealt with – I had initially got in touch with Gareth regarding a range of issues we were having with our blackberry emails not working on up to 7 devices, then subsequently, gathering all of our blackberry username and passwords for our records and then ordering new kit. I dealt with Gareth over the span of a month and a half and he always responded to our requests with the utmost efficiency and courtesy – Gareth has set the standard for great quality customer service as far as we are concerned and he is indeed one of the reasons we recommend Welcomm to our associates, friends and colleagues – We advise to specifically deal with Gareth, so hopefully we will be responsible for Gareth’s increased workload! Leanne approached us early in 2011 to quote for our telecoms requirements.
She came up with a package that combined both our mobile and land lines, which was cheaper than we were already paying, and settled an ongoing contract with our existing supplier.

Prior to moving our mobile business to Welcomm a little over 3 years ago Synseal had, for many years, dealt directly with the networks. We took the decision to move primarily because of the poor level of service that we received from the network and also of course because of the deal Welcomm were able to secure.
Since moving the account we have experienced a more personal and efficient level of service. Welcomm staff respond immediately to resolve any issues from a sales call to fault reporting. A level of service that we did not generally receive from our previous suppliers.
Synseal cannot be considered a small account with well over one hundred mobile numbers; moving away from the networks has proved to be beneficial in terms of service, cost and support.

We moved from Orange Direct to Welcomm Communications Ltd, as they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of communications.
We have recently purchased a number of XDA devices and on every occasion Welcomm staff have activated the settings, inputted all our email addresses and got us connection to the internet.
